So glad I decided to do a cooking day. I know this won't be a real challenge since I have a freezer and pantry full of food, but I am ready to see how long we can go with only the basics. I will be going to the store tomorrow to pick up some basics - milk, eggs, yogurt and fresh produce.The first week we will be enjoying for dinners-
Sunday - Pizza
Monday - Tuna Noodle Casserole
Tuesday -NY Strip w/ freezer mashed potatoes and broccoli.
Wednesday - Birthday dinner out
Thursday - Ritzy Chicken, mixed vegetables
Friday - Chicken Nuggets, corn, applesauce
Saturday - Dinner at in - laws
