Was able to make it out to Staples this evening and I spent $1.27 (after rebates) for the above items. You can see the deals that end Wednesday here . Note for teachers...the BIC pen 1¢ deal, is the teacher deal of the week, where you can get 25 packages when you show ID or paystub.
I wanted to take advantage of the backpack deal, but both kids have LL Bean backpacks that have lasted forever. Then as I was leaving my husband mention he needed a new bag for work...perfect so I got him one for free.
